Kettle Hops: Amarillo

Yeast: Belgian Trappist

Appearance: Dark brown with amber tones and off white head

Aroma: Cherries/raspberries, chocolate, vanilla, dried fig

Taste: Dark chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, toasted malt, red wine

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, moderately carbonated, moderate alcohol warmth

Finish: Crisp and dry

Perceived bitterness: Low

Appearance: Light straw (pineapple juice), hazy with white head

Aroma: Fresh strawberry, passionfruit, citrus, resin

Taste: Sweet berries, tropical fruit, grapefruit zest

Mouthfeel: Full bodied and silky/soft, moderate carbonation

Finish: Coating with a slight lingering bitterness
